A cold front will become stationary close to New Jersey today and it is expected to remain stationary just the east and southeast of New Jersey tomorrow. This will likely cause showers and thunderstorms to develop late in the day today and during the daytime and evening hours tomorrow. The skies will be mostly sunny this morning then it will become partly sunny this afternoon with a chance of a shower or thunderstorm. The temperatures will be hot with highs in the low to mid 90's. This evening will be partly to mostly cloudy with chance of a shower or thunderstorm and the lows will be near 70. Tomorrow will be a partly to mostly cloudy day with a chance of a shower or thunderstorm especially in the afternoon and it will be warm with daytime highs will be in the low to mid 80's. There will be a chance of a shower or thunderstorm tomorrow evening and it will be very mild with lows in the upper 60's. An area of high pressure will build into the region from the west on Saturday and it will continue move through the northeast from the west on Sunday. The daytime skies on Saturday will be partly sunny and it will be warm with daytime highs in the mid 80's. Saturday evening will be mostly clear and mild with lows in mid 60's. Sunday will be partly to mostly sunny and very warm with highs in the upper 80's and it will be mostly clear and very mild at night with lows in the mid to upper 60's. High pressure will move to the east of the region on Monday and a cold front will begin to approach the region from the west late in the day and at night. The skies will be partly to mostly sunny during the daytime hours and it will be very warm with highs in the mid to upper 80's.
